The cod fillets were fresh and tasted good while cooked. The texture was firm, but the fillets tear apart when cooked. The fish taste is mild (but not as mild as tilapia), but it smells like fish when cooking.
The fillets are not consistent in size, some were fillet pieces from the trunk, one was `butterfly` shaped thin pieces from the end of the fish. But I’m not that picky with this.
