High Quality Dried Anchovies For Sale

Got talked into buying these for recipes from a fav utube cook, who uses these in everything. Frankly, not my cup of tea as these smell exactly like old fish, so if you like rotting fish as part of your soup base then go ahead and use these. Thats a personal opinion and not related to the quality. The fish look pretty intact and are not rotten. I am a bit leery of heavy metal contamination of such a condensed farming method. For now, im feeding these to wildlife and my dogs as treats till they are gone. I will stick with canned anchovies for stocks from now on.

These are just alright. They were a little more moist than I would have liked (I go through them slowly and I dont know that they will last as long as the more dried out ones I’ve had) and the flavor was okay if not slightly fishier than I am used to. They are priced a lot higher than the market I usually get dried anchovies from, but I didn’t feel like driving the 15 minutes to go get them so….

I’m not eating them, but using these to make a soup base. My dog eats the heads I pop off though. We’ve both been happy with them.

after opening the package. within 2 days everything had turned green with mold.

We give them to our dogs as healthy treats. They love them!

This product went bad within 2 days, it was mold like substance, greenish and fussy type of something on all of the dried fish.I couldn’t send it back because there were no option to return it. I wouldn’t buy it again.

We switched from sardines to these anchovies to supplement our dogs food. We gave her two and then she had soupy diarrhea for the next three days. For reference, she has eaten used tampons and many hiking snacks with no issue, but these anchovies were not appreciated by her tummy. She did seem to enjoy the taste though.
