Absolutely no salt/sodium/potassium. What it does have is great flavor! I’m on no salt/no potassium and this is perfect. You could make your own by buying each seasoning but this is a perfect blend already! Great on meats, veggies, eggs, my husband even likes it on his potatoes. Great product! Absolutely great replacement for no sodium diets! Wonderful on meats, potatoes, salads. And a better buy than the $4 for a 1/4 size bottle at the local store. Definitely recommend!

Ingredients: black pepper, red pepper, sugar and spices (including paprika). I like the taste of this blend. I use a lot of black pepper in my dishes, so this is a nice change in flavor. Although sugar is listed, I do not taste sweet. It must be a minimal amount. As for “spices”, I would like to have that clarified. “spices (including paprika)”- like, what other spices? It isn’t salty, so I will assume no msg, but who knows. What are the other spices? Is it a secret blend? Doesn’t stop me from buying it, but I am sure curious.

I wished they sold this stuff in stores nearby. I use to buy this all the time when we lived on the west coast but now its so hard to find. The price for this is the same as a small bottle from Wallyworld over here. This is great to add to almost every dish, it adds a ton of flavor and it made our fried turkey even better this year. If you haven’t tried it yet I would recommend. I personally do not find it spicy its the same level as pepper, my kiddos are not bothered by it either. I am not a huge salt fan so pepper is my go to and this stuff hits the spot.

I’ve always been able to get the 10 oz size, and have used it on so many things instead of black pepper. When I tried to get this item replaced, only the small shakers had the familiar blue cap and label. The large size now has a red cap and label, but the exact same product description. When it arrived i noticed the contents were reddish, unlike the former product. I read the ingredients, and sure enough they now load it with paprika. Why? If I want paprika I want the choice to add it myself. Why didn’t they put something in the new product description?

We love to use the seasoned pepper on most things, but are usually frustrated because the local grocery stores only carry the little 4 oz bottles. They carry the larger Seasoned Salt, but not the pepper! Often go through 2-3 of the smsll bottles of the seasoned pepper in a month, so finally finding the larger size of this product is winderful!

Finding Lawry’s seasoned pepper in Canada is a feat in itself. I use this product nearly daily in my cooking. It’s my magic powder as I call it. Nothing has quite the same flavour. My only disappointment is that the jar is rather smaller than I was thinking it would be. But that is not the fault of either Amazon or the supplier. That’s my bad math skills and not realizing how big (or small) 10.2 ounces are. Next time I’ll know and probably order a couple at a time to cut down on the shipping charges. Otherwise I’m totally happy to have it in my kitchen cupboard once again.
