Open this right away upon receiving them and was shocked at the size of these bay leaves…like a good shocked! The container is full of perfectly big leaves, not bits and pieces like other brands. Immediately took 2 out and placed in my flour. Will purchase again and can’t wait to try other herbs from this brand.

Haven’t removed the protective cover yet so I can’t comment on scent, but I’m impressed that from what I can see, each leaf seems to be whole, and there are no little bits and pieces visible at the bottom of the container. This bodes well. Looking forward to cooking with them.

These leaves are not very flavorful, and some of the leaves have brown spots–something I have never seen in bay leaf bottles ever before. Not recommended.

I used to buy bay leaves from the local grocer, grabbing the McCormick brand or whatever brand they had in stock. With the pandemic preventing me from grocery shopping as I normally would, I was looking for bay leaves in a pinch. Amazon had a great price and free shipping- win, win! I grabbed a bottle and threw a couple leaves into a chicken stock I was making. They lend a great flavor and the price/shipping can’t be beat. They come well packed, clearly labeled, and high quality leaves.

This product smells fresh just like out of the garden.

These bay leaves were a great value. They were mostly whole leaves, unlike some brands that are all broken.
