Hover-1 Titan Electric Hoverboard Scooter

First let me start, Our Hoverboard arrived with tape from a previous opening, the security tags were obviously opened. I wasn’t surprised to see it had been ridden. Scratches and clear tire use. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try it until our replacement arrived.
WOW, even used this thing rode amazing, so much better than our Razor one. This one glides along with almost no perceptible feel from cracks and uneven pavement. It turns so fast and feels natural. To understand what I mean is that when you try and turn on other hoverboards the turn has micro second delays which makes doing amazing stuff impossible, this turns instant on expert mode. This even in beginner mode feels wayyyy different than 6.5 in models, it feels jerky and unstable at first but once you find the sweet spot there isn’t another hoverboard that feels like this. I really wasn’t worried there would be a problem, they are always amazing.

The hover-board is a smooth operator indeed. The large pneumatic tires make a real difference. The worst down check is that the book that comes with it makes it clear that if you actually use it or store it outside of a carefully air conditioned house you immediately void the warranty. I’ve never seen as much boilerplate in one publication in my life!
The hover-board will go much faster than it is rated, but I expect that the speed rating is due to the danger of overheating the batteries and the danger of bodily harm if you bite the concrete at over fast walking speeds.
The LED lights are cute but could not be used to actually illuminate anything.
Otherwise it is very good.

We bought these for our 2 boys because the first ones we bought sucked.
They absolutely love these and so does Mom and Dad.
Living on a dirt road, we don’t have to worry about them not being able to ride them. Dirt, rocks, and grass doesn’t stop them.
Would definitely buy again and have already recommended them!

My daughter has been begging for a Hover board for a while now, recent reports of them catching fire had me concerned. We broke down and bought this one for Christmas in blue, which is a beautiful metallic blue. We chose this one for its adjustable speed, stability features, safety specs and wheel size. She’s only used it a few days but loves it. It is easy for her to balance and the large tires make it move just about anywhere. The speaker is nice and the app it connects to makes it fun for her to be able to customize the lights and extra features. Sure you can find much cheaper versions, but the tires are half the size and remember you get what you pay for.

The only con I can say is, that this hover board is heavy and would be hard for her, at age 8 to move long distances or carry up and down stairs, as it weighs nearly 24 pounds.

The Hover1 Titan Offroad is the best hoverboard Amazon is selling. And it’s the best bang for your buck. I got mine exactly 3 months ago, use it everyday on all surfaces and it’s still going strong. The description says it maxes out at 7.5 mph. This is wrong. Haven’t verified the speed mechanically but I put actual speed at about 20 mph. I only maxed it out once and believe me it’s dangerously fast. But you control how fast you go so that’s settled. Took me 10 minutes to learn to ride, 40 hours to ride it confidently, and about 120 hours to become expert. Although I will probably never master it. I average about 5-6 miles per charge but the 8.5 miles they state for range is under ideal perfectly flat and perfectly smooth surface conditions. I use the board to do all the nearby errands I used to do in my ’95 4.3 litre S10 gas guzzler (which also goes faster than needed), so the range is more than enough in my case. I even do light grocery shopping using it after I bought a backpack. I feel Hoverboard travel is a future trend and I’m one of the first. Met tons of friendly people who are curious about the board so that’s a blast. I ride it right into all the stores no problemo. Don’t get a board with tires smaller than 10″. They don’t function in the real bumpy world. My first board was a Swagtron with 4.5″ tires and it was a joke and I bad one. It was made for little kids I suppose and it never made it past 50 miles before it developed a worrying rattle inside and broke. It couldn’t go anywhere but smooth pathways. Even this board takes skill to navigate the wild paths. The speaker is good and loud enough but usage will shorten distance traveled by maybe 5{98880d97af0555a3a517c8aae666eeb64e7bd6d49cbbe05617dcb138f6e48200}. A factor to consider. I use bluetooth all the time because travel and music just go together. My board charges in about 2 hours but I rarely drain it below 20{98880d97af0555a3a517c8aae666eeb64e7bd6d49cbbe05617dcb138f6e48200} and then it takes 2.5 hours. Swagtron is the number 1 Hoverboard seller in the USA but they suck. The Hover1 Titan Offroad eats them for breakfast. hmmm ok well I never walk anywhere anymore, not even to get the mail down the road and those short trips I used to truck to I now hover to which makes it so the board is paying for itself. Also I found money laying on the ground a few times totalling about $3 so that helps pay for the board as well. Got a flat once and it took about 20 minutes to patch. It’s very easy. 3 people have bought this exact board because of me. Probably jealousy. Also this board makes you approximately 4.5 inches taller which is a plus. Get the extended warranty. It can’t possibly last 3 years…. or can it! This is a rugged quality handsome board. I’ve owned 3 but really I owned only 1. The others weren’t boards. They were distractions till I got the Titan. One sign it’s quality is the pamplet that comes with it. I can tell a qualitive print job when I see it. Anyway says right in there that this is not a toy. And it says it’s for those over 15 years of age. That’s because you could get seriously injured on this thing. Attention attention! By the way did I mention: I’m 60. Yah 60 years old. Whippersnappers! One more thing: when the board determines that you are going to fast it beeps at you and won’t stop till you slow down. I’m trying to figure out how to change that. May have to do with the app which I haven’t bothered with. Get this one peeps it’s legit. Lates Bill Gates.

I replaced my son’s hoverboard Hover-1 H1 for the model Titan but it was deceptive.
Battery duration is shorter and led lights are more limited with less resources and options to control via App.
H1 is equivalent to Beast and not Titan.
I do not recommend Titar.

This is a great Hooverboad. It works really well and feels solid. The battery lasts a good bit and it charges up fairly quickly as well. I got this version for the bigger wheels so my kids could ride it outdoors and on trails and grass. It works well for this and my kids (and myself) really enjoy it. The app is adequately done as well. Only issue is with the app ability to change light color. For some reason this doesn’t work on the one version of the app that connects well to the board itself (I cant find the control for this anywhere.). On the newer version of the app that does have the choice right there for changing the light color, I cannot get it to connect well to the board itself for some reason.
